Packages and booking
Do I have to buy a package to start?
No. There are drop in rates for both mat and reformer, and trial packages of four classes if you want to try properly before committing.
How long do packages last?
It varies by package and is listed against each one. Most run from the date of your first booking rather than the date of purchase.
What is the difference between private and duet?
Private is one to one with an instructor. Duet is two people sharing a session, and the duet prices shown are for both people together.
Can I share a package?
The five class sound healing package is shareable. For others, ask us and we will confirm.
How do I pay?
Packages are bought through our booking system. Message us on WhatsApp if you would rather we walk you through it.
