What it is
A special class pairs something from outside a normal mat class with the practice itself. They run as single sessions rather than a series. Check the individual listing for the level, format and announced date.

Two hours in two halves. You practise blindfolded so your attention turns inward, then lie back while Emily Ong plays the bowls. Open to every level, and places are kept few so the room stays quiet.

Check the level on the individual listing. The Blindfold Yoga and Soundbath session on 24 October 2026 is listed as open to all levels. Tell the studio about any needs before booking.
