What a special class is
A special class pairs something from outside a normal mat class with the practice itself. They are open to everyone, they run as single sessions rather than a series, and they are announced on the timetable when the date is set.

How often do special classes run?
Roughly once every three months. They are not on the weekly timetable, so the schedule is the place to watch, or message us and we will tell you what is coming.
Do I need experience to join one?
No. Special classes are open to everyone, and the instructor works with whoever is in the room on the day.
How do I book?
The same way as any class, through the timetable once the date is announced. They tend to be small, so booking early is sensible.
