Guide
What to expect in a yoga class
Hae's group mat catalogue lists Hatha and Yin Yoga at Beginner level, alongside Open to all and Intermediate options. The listed group yoga sessions last 60 minutes. Check the class chooser and current timetable for each format and level.
You do not need to be flexible before starting. The class chooser guide matches each style to a goal, and the beginner yoga guide covers what to wear and how to prepare.
Guide
What to expect in a reformer Pilates class
Foundation Pilates is listed at Beginner level and lasts 50 minutes. JumpBoard Flow is labelled Open to all and its description is beginner-friendly. Sculpt & Tone is also Open to all but recommends reformer experience. SweatFormer is Intermediate and is not for first-timers. Read the class-label and equipment guide for the distinctions.
The springs provide resistance to the carriage movement. The reformer beginner guide covers what happens in a first class, and the terminology guide explains the parts of the machine.

How to choose
Choose mat yoga if you prefer a simple setup, want a lower entry price or want movement you can continue at home without equipment. Choose reformer Pilates if you want to work on a machine with spring resistance.
Separate mat and reformer trial products are listed. Check eligibility and validity on the packages page; the existence of two trial products does not establish that one customer may redeem both. The per-class trial figures in the table assume all four classes are used within the published validity. The yoga and Pilates price guides explain the dated terms.

Questions
Before you book
Should I start with yoga or Pilates?
Both have a class listed at Beginner level: Hatha Yoga is 60 minutes and Foundation Pilates is 50 minutes. Choose by the format you want to try and tell the studio you are new. A level label is not an individual assessment of suitability.
Does Hae Studio teach mat Pilates?
No. Pilates at Hae Studio is taught on the reformer. The mat classes are yoga. If you are comparing mat Pilates with reformer Pilates as disciplines, the mat-vs-reformer guide covers the concept, but at Hae Studio your choice is between mat yoga and reformer Pilates.
Can I do both yoga and Pilates?
Both formats appear on the timetable. Check the class levels and which package covers the session you choose. Mat and reformer trial products have separate eligibility and validity terms; do not assume you can redeem both.
